At Studio Thrive we strive to provide a safe and fun fitness environment designed to empower and motivate individuals to THRIVE in their personal lives and in the community through physical activity, nutrition, wellness education, and community outreach.
Our studio’s focus is on each client that walks through our doors. We aim to be the premier fitness provider in Laramie with the highest level of service, safety, effectiveness, education, and satisfaction. We are committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and friendly environment where everyone feels comfortable in their workout regardless of their fitness level, goals, or age.
Giving back to the community is a core component at Studio Thrive with organized volunteer opportunities, fit outings, as well as free monthly community group training classes and wellness education workshops.

Meet our coaches
Shea Ware, Owner & Head Coach
Shea Ware is the founder of Studio Thrive. She began her journey with fitness when she was 4 years old following open heart surgery. She started playing sports at a young age, but found her true love and passion for fitness in college.
Shea completed her Master of Science in Wellness Management: Exercise Science through the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) in 2016 where she received UCO's 2015-2016 Graduate Student of the Year for Kinesiology and Health Studies and UCO's 2015-2016 Graduate Student of the Year for the College of Education and Professional Studies. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations/Marketing from Missouri State University (MSU) in May 2007. While attending MSU, she worked 3 summers at a fitness and nutrition camp in California, ran marathons, was a resident assistant, volunteered, and studied abroad in Belgium and Spain.
In addition to formal education, Shea has the following coaching certifications:
National Academy of Sports Medicine- Certified Personal Trainer
Precision Nutrition- Nutrition Coach
She has attended several fitness workshops/conferences and has presented exercise/health related research at both the American College of Sports Medicine's Regional and National Conferences as well as at the Oklahoma Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. In addition, she was voted one of Laramie's 2016's 20 under 40.
Shea has over 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry. She has held a variety of positions in professional and college sports, the nonprofit sector, and most recently was the Health and Fitness Specialist at UCO.
A native of Edmond, Oklahoma, she is married to her high school sweetheart, Teyon Ware. They have one son, Avantaé Jordynn.
Chelsea Lantzer, Coach
Chelsea Lantzer is a coach at Studio Thrive. She graduated from the University of Nebraska- Kearney with a degree in Elementary Education. Chelsea's fitness journey began in high school when she competed on the Cross Country and Track teams. In college, she enjoyed playing intramural sports along with working out. She has completed 3 half marathons and enjoys running with her Golden Retriever, Bailey.
Chelsea is a teacher in the Laramie School District. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, trips to the lake, snowshoeing, and spending time with her husband, Dan.
Chelsea is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has a passion for encouraging others on their fitness journey and is excited excited to meet so many motivated individuals through Studio Thrive.
Nicole Sauls, Coach
Nicole Sauls is currently a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Wyoming while studying for a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with an Exercise Science concentration. Her future plans include becoming a Biomechanics Professor and Researcher while continuing her passion for coaching on the side.
She graduated from California State University, San Bernardino as the College of Natural Sciences Undergraduate Student of the Year with her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. While at CSUSB, she worked as the Biomechanics Sport Performance Laboratory Director and presented research at a variety of conferences including the Annual American College of Sports Medicine and National Strength and Conditioning Association Meetings.
She grew a passion for coaching a variety of fitness classes as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer including CrossFit, Bootcamp, and Powerlifting. She could not be more excited to continue her coaching journey here at Studio Thrive!
Her favorite styles of training include High Impact, CrossFit, Powerlifting, and Olympic Weightlifting. Her hobbies include camping, exploring the outdoors, hiking, and traveling with her German Shepherd, Baylie.
