The Sessions

Studio Thrive offers 30-minute and 45-minute group training classes to fit the lifestyle of any person. Our classes combine a blend of cardio, toning moves, strength training, and plyometrics.  Research shows that High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout routines are a great way to get maximum calorie burn and a metabolism boost that lasts up to 48-hours after the workout. All group training classes have a trained coach to create a safe, fun, and challenging environment.

Please sign up for class in MindBody. Signing up guarantees you a spot in class. We ask that you arrive 5-minutes before each class and 10-minutes early for your first class. We ask that you change shoes at the studio. Due to safety you will not be able to participate in class if you are running more than 5-minutes late. 


At Studio Thrive there are no sign-up fees or contracts!
