Our Thrive workout programming is designed for all fitness levels. Through our unique and fun method, you’ll find yourself having a good time and in the best shape of your life!

CLASSES:

Thrive HIIT

Thrive HIIT is total body 45-minute workout. This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling stronger. While our classes are challenging, we welcome all levels. Our coaches can modify any of the classes to your fitness levels and needs.

Thrive HIIT Express

Thrive HIIT is total body 30-minute workout. This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling stronger. While our classes are challenging, we welcome all levels. Our coaches can modify any of the classes to your fitness levels and needs.

Thrive Strong + HIIT

Thrive Strong + HIIT combines our loved HIIT classes with a strength focused program. You will stay with the same strength movements for a month. Tuesday’s Thrive Strong will focus on lower body. Thursday’s Thrive Strong will focus on upper body.

Thrive Mobility + Strong + HIIT

Mobility + Thrive Strong + HIIT starts off with 10-minutes of mobility training then combines our loved HIIT classes with a strength focused program. Thursday’s Thrive Strong will focus on upper body.

Thrive Booty & Core

This class will work the booty, legs and abs. It involves body weight (and sometimes weighted) exercises that strengthen and tone, plus create strong and lean muscles. This class is low impact. Most of the class is done on a mat. Shoes are optional.

Thrive 20/20

In this class you get the best of both worlds! A workout and a nice stretch! This class combines 20-minutes of our loved HIIT class with 20-minutes of a nice Yoga cooldown.

Thriving Motherhood

Thursdays 9-10 AM starting January 2024. A multi-disciplinary Class designed to help mothers, in any stage of pregnancy and motherhood, to improve overall health, well-being and strength in a safe space specialized for prenatal and post parts journeys.

Thrive Low Intensity Training (LIT)

Thrive Low Impact Training (LIT) is a fun class that is great for beginners and seniors. This women’s only class meets on MWF at 7 AM. Classes are designed to boost your energy level, burn calories, reduce stress, increase strength, improve flexibility and endurance, and get you in shape. No experience necessary! This class is a specialty class and not part of the unlimited membership.

  • $100/month— 1 year contract unlimited classes

  • $110/month— 6 month contract unlimited classes

  • $120— Month to month unlimited classes

  • $90— Full-time student or military month to month unlimited classes

  • $80— Full-time student or military 6 month contract unlimited classes

  • $60— 5 class punch card

  • $110— 10 class punch card
