LOW IMPACT TRAINING

Thrive Low Impact Training is a great alternative for individuals who are looking for a total body workout at a lower intensity and lower impact than our Thrive Group Training classes. Classes combine flexibility, strength training, and cardiorespiratory training for a total body workout. Research shows that physical activity increases bone density and muscle strength, as well as plays an important role in preventing and managing health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, and elevated cholesterol. All Low Impact Thrive classes have a trained coach to create a safe and fun environment.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 7:00 AM- 7:45 AM- $55/month
